The holidays are meant for gathering around good food with people you love. In many ways it is a shame that cranberries are reserved for the holidays because this versatile berry is a fresh and exciting ingredient that would be suitable year round. Regardless, whether you are hosting Thanksgiving dinner or a Christmas party, this unique take on salsa is a perfect appetizer. We used Tupelo honey for this incredible recipe but it also works extremely well with our Orange Blossom Honey as well.

- 1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
- 1 bunch of green onions, coarsely chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper. minced
