This rich chocolate glaze is perfect over your favorite cake or pastry. It delivers the classic smoothness of melted chocolate with an unmistakable undertone of raw honey in lieu of other sweeteners. We like to add chopped pecans and mini chocolate chips to balance the smoothness of the glaze with just enough crunch.
- 3/4 Cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 3 tbs butter
- 1 tbs Southern Wildflower Honey
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Melt chocolate chips, butter, and Southern Wildflower Honey in a double boiler. Stir until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract and remove from heat.
